May 15, 2017
We are delighted to invite you to the very first Annual General Meeting of The Nayamba Trust on Tuesday 20th June 2017 at Immanuel Chapel, Main Road, Exminster.
The meeting will start at 7:30pm and aim to finish by about 8:30pm whereupon time will be provided for those wishing to stay for more informal conversations to take place and questions to be asked about Nayamba. Wine and cheese will be served at this time.
The meeting will have several sections and an agenda will be sent to those wishing to attend nearer the time. A group of teaching staff are due to visit the school in the May half term and they will give a presentation about their visit with some personal reflections which promises to be very interesting. There will also be an overview of the school by the Chairman summarising the achievements of the last 12 months and providing a glimpse of some of our hopes and plans for the future. The last part of the meeting will be an open question section.
The meeting is open to all to attend and is particularly suitable for all current and previous supporters of Nayamba and for those interested in finding out more about the school and how The Nayamba Trust supports the school. If you would like to attend, we would be grateful if you could inform us so that we can cater for the correct numbers. In the event of a large attendance, it may be necessary to move to an alternative venue. Please email email@example.com or phone Richard Pike on 07786 911464 to book your free place.
